Can you believe it?
The end of 2015 is here – holy smokes where did this year go?!
As this season’s festivities start winding down, I find this time to be the perfect opportunity to reflect on the past year.
Look back over everything you’ve experienced, achieved, and discovered over the past 12 months. What were your high moments? What were the unfortunate lows? What did you learn about yourself this year that will impact how you take on 2016?
A yearly review is an important practice in mindfulness and conscious living. It helps you slow down, reminiscence about your favorite moments, appreciate all the little and big things that were a part of your life, and ultimately help you draw conclusions on what things make you happy and which things don’t.
While I used to reflect on my year in a general sense, I’ve found adding a little structure to my thought process can help ensure any goals I create for the upcoming year will be aligned with my priorities and values – one of the keys to setting goals with more intention.
So to prompt you in your yearly review I’ve pulled 50 questions to help you reflect, appreciate, and get pumped for 2016 from my blogger crush Into Mind.
The first 40 questions help you review and dissect different aspects of your year, while the last 10 questions will get you ready for goal planning in 2016.
You can go over the questions below – write them down, think about them in your head, or talk them over with a friend or significant other.
I’ve also created a downloadable cheat sheet if you’re someone who’d rather have a hard copy to help you reflect. Click here to download!
I’ll be back New Year’s Eve to share my answers to all 50 questions as well as do a yearly recap of Kinks! So be sure to stop by
