Getting ready for Fall – featuring a Free fall wardrobe planner!

Hi loves!

Happy (nearly) September!

September is always a month filled with craziness (for better or for worse), I’ve always viewed it as a time of bittersweet endings and thrilling new beginnings.

Summer begins to bow out as Fall makes it way on the scene. It’s time for another round of fashion week (or more like month), the thick glossy pages of September issues officially hit the stands, oh and least we forget – I’m getting married this month!

Eeee!

While I’ve been throwing myself into the last bit of wedding planning madness, I’m taking a break and using this time to discuss something else that, dare I say, is equally as important – getting my closet ready for fall!

If you’ve been reading KATNP for awhile, you’ll know fall is my favorite season when it comes to style, proof is in the number of outfit posts during the fall as compared to summer. Cause if I’m being honest, while I love summer, my style tends to focus on how I can wear as little clothing as possible to keep cool without being indecent.

Fall, however, allows for layers and the chance to play with different textures and accessories which I absolutely love.

We’ve discussed how I plan for a change in seasons in my wardrobe (check this post here if you’re not familiar), so today I want to give you something to help you go through the process in the form of a free download!

Below you can download my Fall Wardrobe Planner worksheet that will take you through different exercises to help you get clear on what you’re looking for in your fall style this year.

Before you dive in I would suggest going through your schedule for the season, reflect on what worked and what you may have missed last fall, and finally create a fall style inspiration board on Pinterest or IRL.

I would also highly suggest doing this before you do any fall shopping as getting clear on what you need/want will help you save that cash money 😉
