Outfitted: Floral Print Pants

Happy Wednesday everyone! Don’t you love that moment when an outfit unexpectedly comes together? You feel like you’ve gone through your closet over and over and nothing is going together the way you want it, you finally get frustrated and just throw some items together, and all of a sudden it just clicks!

That is exactly how the outfit for this post came together. I was completely bored with everything in my closet and in a final attempt to put something together before dashing out the door for work I, miraculously, came up with this. I was quite impressed with myself, haha! So impressed that I had to snap a few photos, I literally took these with only a few minutes left before I had to run to work in order to make it on time, which is why they’re shot indoors (I really want to make the effort to take more photos outside, I just tend to get a little camera shy & awkward when people can see me taking photos, haha!)

I think I’ve only worn these pants once before and it was on a day off where I was just lounging around the house all day. For some reason whenever I tried pulling them out I could never get the look I wanted, but I’ve discovered that sometimes if you just stop thinking so hard and just go with your gut feeling, awesome things can happen.

I’m hoping I can figure out more ways to wear these, they’re really fun and quite comfy. Floral prints are supposed to be big this Spring/Summer, right? Hehe
